The Gold Exchange (Orders & Payments)

• Transaction Phase: All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise specified). When you place an order, it is treated as a Quest Request. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request based on “Item Availability” or “System Errors.”
• Pricing Buffs: Prices are subject to change without “Patch Notes.” However, once your Gold Exchange is confirmed, the price for that specific unit is locked.
• Tax & Loot Fees: Players are responsible for any local import duties or “Customs Boss” fees required by their specific region’s World Government.

Intellectual Property (The Sacred Scrolls)

• Copyright Defense: All character designs, high-res “CG” images, logos, and UI elements on onthedoll.com are the exclusive property of the OnTheDoll Guild or its licensors.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not “clone” (copy), redistribute, or use our digital assets for commercial “farming” without an express written “Legendary Permit” from our Command Center.

Logistics Quest (Shipping & Delivery)

• Spawn Point Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the exact coordinates (Shipping Address) for your delivery. We are not responsible for “Lost Loot” if the coordinates provided were incorrect.
• Stealth Logistics: As per our Privacy Protocol, all units are shipped using “Cloaking Devices” (Discreet Packaging).
• Delivery Windows: Estimated arrival times are “Quest Goals,” not guarantees. External “World Events” (weather, customs delays) may cause “Lag” in your delivery.

Return & Refund Policy (The Undo Command)

• Hygiene Protocol: Due to the intimate and “Personal Gear” nature of our high-end silicone companions, we cannot accept returns once the “Seal of Protection” (packaging) has been breached, except in the case of Manufacturing Critical Failures.
• Bug Reports: If your unit arrives with a “Critical Glitch” (factory defect), you must submit a Support Ticket with photo/video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability (The Safety Shield)

• User Responsibility: OnTheDoll is not liable for any physical “Debuffs” or damages resulting from the misuse of our products. Please read the “User Manual” carefully.
• Server Stability: We do not guarantee that our site will be 100% free of “Glitches” or “Server Downtime,” though we strive for a 99.9% Uptime Stat.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to “Ban” any player who engages in “Toxic Behavior,” including fraudulent transactions, harassment of our Support Guild, or attempting to “Hack” our internal database.

Amendments

The OnTheDoll High Council may update this Guild Charter at any time. Your continued use of the site following a “Patch” constitutes acceptance of the new Rules of Engagement.
